LogoRSC

Renewable Skills & Consultant GmbH (RSC) is the pioneer of wind energy training with more than 19 years of experience on the market. The RSC network of licensed training providers is the only truly global training network in the field of wind energy training with more than 30 partners on 5 continents. The RSC standard is the world’s leading qualification standard for wind turbine technicians and is considered as the benchmark for training excellence in the industry.

The RSC network covers comprehensive modular courses developed by the industry for the industry delivered in realistic training environments by experienced professionals. All RSC training providers are certified and meet the strict RSC training provider criteria. Additionally, training providers are audited on a regular basis to ensure they always comply with RSC standards. RSC training courses focus on practical training on real turbines, as favoured by the industry, setting them apart from the many classroom-based courses on the market. Thus RSC is making a marked contribution to the creation of qualified "green jobs" in an environmentally sustainable energy sector.

RSC training content is divided into individual modules, which are categorised according to their specific field. Modules are flexible and can be offered as single training events, or grouped together to form a complete course. The qualification levels of RSC modules comply with the reference levels of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). This provides people with a flexible way to get started depending on the knowledge they already possess and thus enables them to individually plan their own careers.

Modules relating to workplace safety must be regularly refreshed after set periods of time (please note, validation periods and contents may vary according to national regulations). All modules are subject to the highest quality standards and are taught by RSC-certified trainers.
Each individual module meets the unique requirements found within training for the wind energy industry. Each teaching component focuses on real-life conditions both in theory and practice.

RSC is ISO29990 certified and is also an aligned partner of GWO.  For more information visit www.rs-consultant.com
